Newborns, pregnancy, and birth have always held a large presence in my life.

In 2007, while I was in college (in an unrelated field) I attended my first birth. And while my interest was completely piqued, I was unaware that birth could be a lifelong career. I continued my current path and graduated with a BA in Design with an emphasis in Museum Curation.

My passion grew stronger after the birth of my daughter in 2019, where my lived experience shed light on the importance of support systems, and postpartum recovery.
